This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Understaffed and the workers that are there are extremely rude. We waited for over an hour for our food in the drive thru just for them to stop taking our lines orders when we got to the speaker. After 4 orders taken in the other line in a row, I complained into the speaker and was met with an insensitive comment by the girl working the line telling us we can leave. Will never eat here again and cooperate needs to fire the management.
Please help me write a comment. I really love this McDonald's drive-thru. I have not been here yet. I am in love with everything here and all the employees.
Wow I’ve been to this place so many times and I have never experienced this before!! The manager up there today on 105/14/2026 was so horrible! I order off the app and went through the drive thru and I was checking my order and it was completely wrong so my husband went inside to get it fixed when talking to the manager after showing him the receipt and the sandwich’s that was wrong he told my husband he would not make them again cause we already paid! My husband tells him that’s not right at all I’m not leaving until you fix my order! The guy then takes it and makes the three sands which’s again! Well when my husband checked them again right in front of them they where wrong then the manager snatches them out of his hands and is cussing and then cusses out the employees that made the order for the second time. He then brings them out to my husband and about this time my husband is over it so he gets in the car checks them again and guess what still wrong!! I am very very very upset with this place and will not be returning!! The pictures are of the third time they where wrong!!! Horrible customer service and to be cussing is ridiculous!
